PAST PRESIDENT - KIM GARTNER

After six years as the Administrator for the Rural Municipality of Heart’s Hill #352, Kim returned to his hometown of Macklin accepting the position of Administrator. Kim has spent many years with the UMAAS Executive in the positions of Director, Vice-President, President and now Past President. Kim remains very active in the community of Macklin on many organizations and enjoys watching his children grow up.
