EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - RICHARD
DOLEZSAR, RMA
Rick started his Municipal Administration career in 1978 as the Assistant Administrator of the Rural Municipality of Hoodoo #401 in Cudworth. Later that year he accepted the position of Administrator with the Rural Municipality of Hudson Bay #394. In 1983, he became the Administrator of the Town of Hudson Bay, a position he holds to this day. He graduated from the University of Regina’s Senior Local Government Administration Program and holds both an Urban Superior “ A “ and Rural “ A “ Certificate in Local Government Administration.
Rick's current community involvements include: Economic Development and Tourism Committee member, President and Trail Committee Chair of the Hudson Bay Trail Riders Snowmobile Club and Hudson Bay Regional Park Secretary Treasurer. Over his years in Hudson Bay Rick has been involved with numerous other committees and organizations including groups like the Curling Club, Minor Ball , Search and Rescue and EMO.
Rick and his wife Karen have lived in Hudson Bay since 1979 and have three grown children – Ryan who is a Steel Worker, Nicole who is a Recreation Director and Robyn who is currently a Certified Personal Trainer. The entire family enjoys snowmobiling, motocross, ATVing, fishing, golfing and all other outdoor pursuits.
Richard was appointed Executive Director in 1990.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - TERESA PARKMAN
Teresa was born and raised in Hudson Bay, SK. After graduating Grade 12 in Hudson Bay she continued her education in Lethbridge, AB receiving her Business Administration Diploma at Lethbridge Community College. In 1994, she accepted a position as Clerk/Typist at the Town of Hudson Bay, and earned her Local Government Administration Certificate in 1996. In 2004 she advanced to the Accounting Clerk position at the Town, earning her Standard Certificate in the same year. Teresa accepted another advancement at the Town in 2007 as Assistant Administrator/Treasurer, which is the position she currently holds to date.
Teresa’s husband, Darcy, is employed as Operations Co-ordinator at Weyerhaeuser Timberlands and they have one son, Austin and one daughter, Jordyn. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, fishing, golfing and quadding. Her community involvements over the years have included Treasurer-HB Golf Club, Sec/Treas – Cubs & Scouts, Sec/Treas-Perfect Balance Gymnastics Club, Treasurer-Cheremka Ukrainian Dance, Sec/Treas – Soap Box Derby Committee, Secretary-HB Minor Hockey.
Teresa was appointed Executive Assistant in January, 2012.
