Certification Fees

The following certification and application fees were approved by the UMAAS Board of Examiners at its December 2, 2025 meeting:

• Permit Fee: $100.00
• Standard Certificate: $260.00
• Conditional Certificate: $325.00
• Conditional Extension: $200.00
• Advanced Certificate – Level I: $300.00
• Advanced Certificate – Level II: $300.00
• Office Inspection Fee: $500.00

All fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
