Board of Examiners
Mandate
The Board of Examiners (BoE) is established by agreement between the Urban Municipal Administrators Association of Saskatchewan (UMAAS) and the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association (SUMA) to administer the municipal administrator certification program. The Board is responsible for establishing certification criteria, reviewing applications, and issuing, suspending, or cancelling certificates in accordance with the Board of Examiners Agreement and applicable policies.

Applicants are encouraged to review all applicable requirements and policies in advance and to ensure their application packages are complete prior to submission. Board policies and interpretations are applied consistently when applications are reviewed.
